An industry leader, Tripp brings to Bay Equity numerous top producer and chairman’s awards.  

Tripp and his partner Travis Evans will be Bay’s new Southeastern regional managers, serving Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. 

Headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, they share Bay Equity’s philosophy of delivering “World-Class” customer service to each and client and business partner. “Travis and I are excited to bring a new mortgage banking philosophy to the Southeast, one where our clients are not just numbers but real people,” Johnson says. “Our customers deserve only the highest standards, and the Bay Equity commitment to create long lasting relationships.”

While he has experience helping a full range of borrowers, Tripp especially enjoys the opportunity of working with the first-time home buyer.

“There’s just something special about being able to guide someone through the process of achieving the American Dream of home ownership,” Johnson said.

Tripp, a native of South Carolina, has called Georgia home since 1997.  He and his wife Lindsay and two children reside in the Alpharetta area.  Tripp enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and occasionally playing a round of golf.
