Tripp Johnson, a seasoned industry leader, brings a wealth of experience and a long list of top producer and chairman’s awards to Bay Equity. Alongside his partner, Travis Evans, he serves as the new Southeastern regional manager, overseeing Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Based in Alpharetta, GA, Tripp shares Bay Equity’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service, believing that each client and business partner deserves the highest standards. “Travis and I bring a new approach to mortgage banking in the Southeast, one that treats our clients as individuals, not just numbers,” Johnson says. “Our goal is to build lasting relationships, offering our customers the best possible service and support.”

With extensive experience across a broad range of borrowers, Tripp finds particular fulfillment in working with first-time homebuyers. “It’s incredibly rewarding to guide someone through the process of achieving the American Dream of homeownership,” he shares.

Originally from South Carolina and a Georgia resident since 1997, Tripp lives in Alpharetta with his wife, Lindsay, and their two children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities, coaching youth sports, spending time with family and friends, and occasionally playing golf.
