All these options give Steve the tools to fix problems you may encounter and can line these investors up in order of lowest rate and cost. With more than 5,000 closed transactions in excess of 2.0 billion dollars, Steve’s team has perfected the art of a seamless transaction.

When Steve isn’t on the phone with a client or referral partner or looking at property, he enjoys spending time with his wife Vicky, daughter Emily and their dog Binx. You will usually find them hiking the hills of Marin County, Rodeo Beach or Kehoe Beach in Pt. Reyes.
