Since 2008 Rich Savage has built his reputation in the real estate mortgage business, working with some of the top loan officers, real estate agents and financial advisors in Atlanta, Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia before moving back to Norfolk, VA in 2023.

Going above and beyond to make sure clients’ best interests always come first is just one of the ways Rich has been able to build long-lasting relationships with his clients and the referrals they continue to send his way. BACKGROUND

Rich, a Virginia Beach, VA native and Norfolk Academy High School alum, pursued his education at Auburn University, graduating with honors. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, he has honed his expertise in commercial real estate and residential financing. His professional journey began at Norfolk Southern in Atlanta, Georgia, followed by a career collaborating with top developers in Atlanta's commercial real estate sector. Transitioning to mortgage lending in November 2008, Rich has since partnered with leading real estate professionals and loan officers. Outside of work, Rich and his wife Christie enjoy leisurely walks with their three dogs in Larchmont, boating on the Lafayette River and Chesapeake Bay, and engaging in friendly rounds of golf or tennis.
