The Boles Group at Bay Equity Home Loans in Gilbert recently began offering its full line of home purchase and refinance products in Florida and Georgia.

Senior Loan Officer Adam Boles completed the licensing requirements for those states in May and hit the ground running.

“It’s really just a matter of taking care of our existing relationships,” Boles said adding, “we had clients and realtor partners with a need in Florida and Georgia. We have the technology to serve them remotely, so we did what needed to be done.”

The team funded its first Georgia home in June and looks forward to expanding into more states in 2022.
