Corporate Care to Wealth Care

As you may know, one of the basic tenants of my client philosophy is to be on the constant lookout for programs that will enhance and protect my client’s wealth. When I discovered Corporate Care offered by Zach Ishimitsu and John Murphy, I was intrigued. After getting to know them and the program better, I knew I wanted to offer this benefit program to my clients.

Hence the birth of Wealth Care.

Wealth Care takes a benefit program once reserved for employees of corporations, enhances it with the addition of some smart financial planning strategies, and allows me to offer to my clients some significant benefits including:

- 25% discount of the normal real estate fees when you purchase or sell a property.

- .25 points off the normal closing costs for a mortgage.

- A free mortgage credit report (other types of credit reports, like the ones found online, have a different credit score algorithm which can create large differences in your credit score. Through Wealth Care, you can obtain a FREE credit report which is the same credit report and score used for the mortgage.).

- Complimentary appraisal at closing (this means that you are reimbursed for the cost of the appraisal when your loan closes).
