- For those that attend the Lunch & Learn, you'll have the opportunity to win a 65" flat screen TV! No purchase necessary but must be present to enter. One entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older. Entries must be received by June 27th, 2022. Winner will be randomly selected on June 28th, 2022. Winner will be notified via email or phone call. By entering, you agree that your name may be publicly announced if you are chosen as the winner. 1 prize available. The retail value of the 65" TV is $350. Chances of winning dependent on number of entries received. Prizes not claimed by July 8th, 2022 will be forfeited. Void where prohibited by law. Real estate agents, brokers, escrow officers, title officers, appraisers, closing attorneys and other real estate settlement agents or professionals are disqualified.
