I’m a 36-year veteran of the banking/lending industry, starting as bank teller way back in 1986. Soon after, I moved to the consumer lending side and spent many years as finance manager, making loans on everything from cars and trucks to Harley Davidsons and horse/livestock trailers.

I’m not a Colorado Native, but I got here as fast as I could! I was born and raised in Illinois, but after meeting my husband Mike, I made the move to Gunnison in 2011.

I worked for another local lender, managing construction loans and processing their mortgage loan portfolio. From there I moved over to the title side. I got the opportunity to join Bay Equity Home Loans as a Loan Coordinator in 2016.

Because of my diverse experience, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of purchase contracts, including vesting, legal descriptions, and title insurance requirements.

Working locally also allowed me to form close relationships with local Realtors, title companies, and insurance agents. I’m proud to say that many of my clients have become close personal friends.

Because of the knowledge I have gathered over the years, I can offer our customers an effortless transition from application to close. I acknowledge no one gets there alone, I have the support of some of the best in the industry!

When I’m not working, I enjoy cooking, fishing, walking our dogs, horseback riding and flying in the mountains with my husband Mike (he’s a pilot!)
